郭盛华，男，汉族，1989年，生于中国广东省肇庆市，祖籍广宁县潭布镇， 是中国知名网络安全组织东方联盟的主要创始人，毕业于肇庆市工业贸易学校计算机系. 现担任东方联盟技术讲师及佛山市东联科技有限公司执行董事兼CEO.
